This scaling directory is intended to be used with an OpenShift source-to-image
build using a php image stream. The result will be a container where if you curl
the route, the result will give you the IP address of the individual pod.
This could be useful in a scenario where you scale up the number of pods in an
application and then run something like: watch curl http://ROUTE-TO-APPLICATION
Note that I have stripped out the html components used previously as all we care
about seeing is some basic text.
