Don't use development branch for OCP Workload in rhte-oc-cluster-vms

Do not clone AAD repository to apply an OCP Workload. Use 'include_role'
instead. This way, the local repository, and thus the current git tag, is used.

Also minor YAML changes: indentation and breaking lines.
