update clientvm_instance_image (#1317)

following 4853d514b6feed9810999a4fc02dc6801d8015ba

The RHELAMI mapping was hardcoded in the template, but now after commit:

4853d514b6feed9810999a4fc02dc6801d8015ba

the choice is limited by what's defined in aws_ami_region_mapping:

Also add RHEL77 and RHEL78 to the mapping.
