Ocp workshop azure pipeline (#281)

* Add pipeline for OCP Workshop on Azure

* Pass argument to curl command. Those dialog items are now mandatory. Until it's fixed by using a default value, let's hardcode them.

* ocp-workshop-azure pipeline: add region

For now add the region as it does not default because of the upgrade.

* ocp-workshop-azure pipeline: add number of nodes

* use 'find' to display the logs from the admin host
